Pre - Prepared Items for even Faster Serving Times

To get a jump start on these nachos, mix the salsa and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Money Savers

Keep leftover guacamole from becoming discolored by covering the surface with plastic wrap and storing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This will slow the process that causes browning.

Serving Variation

For an even fresher taste, substitute 1 can pureed black beans and 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro for the jalapeno bean dip.
