tomatoes, green onions, olives, Mexican cheese blend |
Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) can refried beans |
 |
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles |
 |
1 cup sour cream |
 |
2 (12-inch) prepared pizza crusts |
 |
2 tomatoes, deseeded, chopped |
 |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
 |
1/4 cup sliced black olives |
 |
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend or Monterey Jack
cheese |
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Combine refried beans, green chiles
and sour cream in a small bowl; mix well.
Step 2
Spoon half the mixture evenly over each pizza crust.
Step 3
Sprinkle tomatoes, green onions and olives over bean
mixture.
Step 4
Divided the cheese evenly between pizzas. Bake until cheese
is melted, about 10 minutes.
