Corn Tortillas
Made from the
simplest ingredients - Corn, Lime and Salt.
These tortillas
are a tradition here in Silver City, thin and very tasty they make the best
chips. Being so thin they cook very fast... unbelievably fast.
Just cut into 8ths about
6 stacked tortillas -
ad to hot oil (type of your choice, corn is nice) cook and stir for about 2
to 3 min or until desired crispiness, remove from oil place in lined bowl and salt to taste. Walla you
have high grade corn chips for your snack or to compliment a traditional
southwest dinner.
Making Tacos and Tostadas are a snap with
these tortillas.

these tortillas timely for the do not have any preservatives. Refrigerate
upon receiving. life in fridge is about 2 to 4 weeks. Orders are always
fresh from the factory and have a strong smell of corn and lime, yummy, be
aware that this smell is normal and signifies freshness, as tortillas age
the smell reduces.
