Combine chocolate chips and butter in a small
microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for about 1 1/2 minutes; stir until
chocolate chips are melted.
Step 2
Add vanilla and coffee to bowl; stir until well blended.
Step 3
Beat whipping cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer
set at high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Gently stir chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Pour
into individual deserts dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
