Step 1
Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package
directions for an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. Cool completely on a wire
rack.
Step 2
Cut 2-inch square brownies. Freeze in a single layer for
about 10 minutes. Let ice-cream stand at room temperature to soften.
Step 3
Place one brownie on a 6-inch piece of plastic wrap. Top
with ice-cream and another brownie. Repeat with remaining brownie squares.
Step 4
Press peanuts into ice-cream around edges of sandwiches.
Loosely wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap. freeze before serving.
