Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a medium casserole. Heat a
large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chili powder. Cooking,
stirring, until beef is browned and crumbly.
Step 2
Add soup, bell pepper, corn, salsa and water to skillet.
Cover, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Spoon beef mixture into prepared casserole. Mix corn
muffin batter according to package directions. Spoon around edges of beef
mixture, leaving an opening in center.
Step 4
Bake casserole until corn bread is browned, about 20
minutes.
