Made from the simplest ingredients - Corn, Lime and Salt.
These tortillas are a tradition here in Silver City, thin and very tasty they make the best chips. Being so thin they cook very fast... unbelievably fast.

Just cut into 8ths about 6 stacked tortillas - ad to hot oil (type of your choice, corn is nice) cook and stir for about 2 to 3 min or until desired crispiness, remove from oil place in lined bowl and salt to taste. And Wa-la! You  have high grade corn chips for your snack or to compliment a traditional southwest dinner.

Making Tacos and Tostadas are a snap with these tortillas.
