Bread crumbs, dill, garlic powder, mayonnaise
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons water
6 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
Serves 6
Preheat oven to 425'F. Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Add garlic powder and dill; mix well. Blend mayonnaise and water in second shallow dish.
Pat fillets completely dry with paper towels. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Dip fillets in the mayonnaise mixture, coating completely, then roll in bread crumbs. Place on a prepared baking sheet; do not allow fillets to touch.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
