Tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapenos

Salt, pepper, oregano, oil, water

Ingredients

3 ripe tomatoes, stewed, cored and peeled

bullet

1 small white onion, cut into wedges

bullet

2 garlic cloves

bullet

1/2 tsp. salt

bullet

1/4 tsp. pepper

bullet

1/2 tsp. oregano

bullet

4 jalapenos, remove stems, leave seeds, remove if desired

bullet

4 oz. water

bullet

1 tablespoon oil

bullet

Makes Approx 24 0unces or 3 cups

Step 1

Stew tomatoes and jalapenos. Combine stewed tomatoes, jalapenos, onion wedges, oregano, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and water in blender or food processor. Mix well.

Step 2

Pour into a medium sauce pan, add oil. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cool to room temperature. Ready to eat!
