Ingredients

3 ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped |
 |
1 medium red onion, finely chopped |
 |
1/4 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped |
 |
3 jalapenos, finely chopped, with seeds |
 |
Juice of 4 limes |
 |
salt and pepper to taste |
 |
Makes 2 cups (16 oz.) |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Ready to eat!
This salsa is a great compliment to many great dishes.
Just to name a few tacos, fajitas beef and chicken, camaron empanizado
(battered fried shrimp), enchiladas green or red, chimichangas, burritos,
quesadillas (cheese crisp) or try on hamburgers and hot-dogs for an
excellent southwest flavor. |
