Pre - Prepared Items for even Faster Serving Times

You can prepare this dish through step 3 up to 4 hours ahead. Heat thoroughly before adding the feta cheese in step 4.

Money Savers

When small red or new potatoes are out of season, the prices can rise substantially. You can save money by substituting any thin-skinned variety such as Eastern, white or yellow.

Serving Variation

For an Italian flavor, use marinated artichokes and the oil in which they are packed instead of the canned hearts and olive oil.
