Step 1
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add orzo and rice to skillet. Stir well. Cook, stirring
occasionally, until pasta and rice are lightly browned. Add broth and water,
stirring constantly.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, until broth is
absorbed, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add green onions, basil and parsley to skillet. Stir until
just mixed. Serve immediatley.
