Crunchy Potato Wedges

Seasoned salt,
oil, onion salt, garlic salt |
Ingredients

2 cups crushed cornflakes |
 |
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt |
 |
1/8 teaspoon onion salt |
 |
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt |
 |
6 medium potatoes |
 |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
 |
Serves 6 |
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Grease a baking sheet. Combine
cornflakes, seasoned salt, onion salt and garlic salt in a shallow bowl; mix
well.
Step 2
Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
Step 3
Combine wedges and oil in a medium bowl. Stir well. Coat
with crumb mixture.
Step 4
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Bake until
tender, about 30 minutes.
